Public art is always a hot topic, so here is a question to consider. If Milwaukee wasn't ready for a "Blue Shirt" at the airport, what would people think about a nest on the side of a building?

It would be much cooler if it had a Fonzie sitting in it. That way all the public art people could piss and moan about it endlessly.
