Molly Cool's Fish Cafe took over the former Kincaid's Seafood and Steakhouse location in May 2009. This seafood restaurant offers a sushi and oyster bar as well as seating along the Milwaukee River.

I was also there on that Saturday and it was a nightmare. They let everyone in and anyone in. It felt like I was at a food shelter with some of the type of people in the place. I guess that comes with free food and drinks. There was even a homeless guy outside yelling to people to come in for free food. Not very VIP at all and very over capacity. I went back the following Saturday to give it another shot. This time it was empty with maybe 40 people at 9pm. Maybe it was after the dinner crowd but again nothing was free this time. I also had there version of sushi rolls for $13 each. For that price is should be bigger and better than the stuff I get at Metro market for half that price. Even Milwaukee street doesn't charge that much for top quality sushi. Hopefully the improve as I think 3rd st has entered into its own as Milwaukee nightlife and dining area.

Visted Molly's Saturday night...was blown away by food, service, and specials. Looks like a space that will be here a while...glad to see it!! Check this place out!
