The humid, sticky weather may not make you think of soup as a lunch option. So, the Soup Ladle, headquartered in the lower level food court at 770 N. Jefferson St., is taking the summer off.
Owner Jay Mulloy, who also operated locations at 626 E. Wisconsin Ave., 4745 S. Packard Ave., and 4425 N. Port Washington Rd., expects to re-open for business on Sept. 2.
