Paul Bartolotta, the Milwaukee native, who runs the acclaimed Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare restaurant at the Wynn Las Vegas and is a partner in his brother Joe's restaurants here, taped an episode on "Iron Chef" for the Food Network.
One of Bartolotta's assistants at the Sept. 14 taping was Adam Siegel, executive chef at Lake Park Bistro and Bacchus.
The air date of the episode has not yet been announced.
