The Panini Co., a cafe located at 530 E. Mason St., had closed for breakfast at the end of June but is now opening at 7 a.m. and serving coffee, breakfast sandwiches, muffins and other treats.

The Panini Co., which also serves sandwiches, soup and salad for lunch, closes each day at 3 p.m.
