Last week I shared my favorite breakfast places and asked for yours. Now, it's midnight and I'm starving! There's no way I can wait for breakfast.
The problem is that in my neighborhood, there's basically nothing open this late. I can hop in the car and get a scone at Starbucks on Highway 100 near the I-94 on ramp; that's open 24 hours.
Otherwise, I'd have to head east, park in my office parking lot and hit either Ma Fischer's or Jalisco. Or I could a bit further up to Oakland Gyros.
But, come on, there's gotta be something on the West Side of Milwaukee or in Wauwatosa that can satisfy my late night snack craving.
OnMilwaukee.com readers, I need your help!

Whip up your own sandwich!!?? But then who will be supporting all of the locally-owned late-night restaurants? Z_Boy, you must be advocating for making your own sandwiches because you are a tool for corporate grocery stores. Where is your support for anything feel-good and local?!
