The chocolate shop adjacent to Alterra Coffee and Locker's Florist in the Locker's Square development at 9125 W. North Ave. in Wauwatosa has shed its relationship with Dutch, family-0wned chocolatier Stam.
Now that the franchise restrictions have disappeared, Locker's has also added a frequent gelato eater's card -- buy 10 get one free - and is apparently considering changes to everything from employee uniforms to décor to gelato flavors and different kinds of sweets.
