Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar -- part of the OSI restaurant group that also includes, among others, Outback Steakhouse, Bonefish Grill, Cheeseburger Paradise and Carrabba's Italian Grill -- will open next to Brookfield Square at 15665 W. Bluemound Rd. on March 16.
Jay Carter and Chef Jacob Sartin will un the 7,236-sq. ft., 256-seat, steakhouse. Fleming's is open for dinner seven nights a week and accepts reservations, (262) 782-9463.
