On Monday, Aug. 13, Holiday House, 525 E. Menomonee St., presents a five-course wine dinner featuring one of my favorite Napa Vineyards, Clos Du Val.
For $70 per person you'll get five acts of fabulous food to complement your glasses of Taltarni Brut Tache, Clos Du Val Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Cabernet. Sounds like a great way to start the work week off:
Act One: Lump crab Timbale with pico de gallo and avocado mousse
Act Two: Artichoke fondue and wild mushroom crepe
Act Three: Green apple sorbet
Act Four: Grilled Colorado lamb rack
Act Five: Chocolate Gateau
