Cafe Centraal, the latest restaurant from the Diablos Rojos group, is open for business at the intersection of Kinnickinnic and Lincoln Avenues in Bay View.
The preview party was held Tuesday, followed by a public opening on Wednesday evening. So far, crowds have been steady.
Cafe Centraal, which recalls the European tradition of grand central sations in a city center, features a menu similar to Cafe Hollander and Fat Abbey Biercafe.
The restaurant is open daily at 11 a.m. and at 8 a.m. on weekends.
