Cafe La Scala

Located inside the Italian Community Center, Cafe La Scala offers an array of delicious, fresh and seasonal Italian foods, including its signature pizzas and panini. For a true al fresco experience, enjoy your taste of Italy in the courtyard.

This Brookfield restaurant is one of the Milwaukee area's few 100 percent vegetarian and organic eateries. The menu is lengthy and pulls recipes from all over the world and uses locally sourced food and sustainable growing practices. Cafe Manna is also Wisconsin's first Certified Green Restaurant, and one of the first in the United States to earn three-star green certification.

This downtown spot features the best in outdoor dining. Great pizza (it's one of the best in the city) and friendly service make Calderone a wonderful little Italian dining adventure.
Carini's La Conca d'Oro

Obviously, with fishnets on the wall the seafood portion of the menu is a favorite. Tuna, swordfish and salmon are the mainstays, and all go great with a smothering of garlic, olive oil and breadcrumbs.

Creative Mexican, tex-mex items mixed with a wonderful environment that is bright and full of flowers are what makes this Brady Street eatery a local favorite. The tamales are tops, but all the items are great.
The Cheesecake Factory

As you'd expect from the name, this restaurant specializes in the rich dessert, offering almost any type of cheesecake you can imagine by the slice (or whole at the in-store cheesecake shop). The menu is huge and full of nearly every food you could crave.

This Walker's Point restaurant serves up authentic and affordable French food for the lunch and dinner crowd Tuesday through Sunday. Each of the restaurant's dining rooms has its own personality, but the wine garden and outdoor patio offer up a refreshing outdoor Parisian dining experience.

Opened in July 2010, Bartolotta's Harbor House brings a diverse selection of seafood fare to Milwaukee's lakefront. The menu features an array of soups, sandwiches, fish dinners and surf and turf, as well as a raw bar and "non-swimmer" entrees.
Harp Irish Pub

Ah, the Harp. Located on the Milwaukee River, its burgers, beer and benches make it the perfect after work location or Friday afternoon hideaway in the summer. There's nothing like a cool breeze and cool beverage at the Harp.
Harvey's Central Grille
