Channel 12 news anchor Toya Washington is pregnant.

Washington, who announced the good news on the air Tuesday, joined WISN-TV in December 2002, and worked her way up from reporter and co-ahncor of "12 News This Morning" to anchoring the 5 and 10 p.m. newscasts.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Washington previously worked at WISC-TV, the CBS affiliate in Madison.

This will be the first child for Washington and her husband, Brian. The due date is in December.

Its like 20 somethings laughing and joking all the time, esp. at channel 12. Try the morning weekend anchors as they have WIDE OPEN MOUTH LAUGHATHONS about things, or when they make mistakes. Very unprofessional. And, not picking on any ONE station...Channel 4 is down the tubes too. Try VINCE V making farting noises when he tests a product, then put him on camera to tell a serious story 30 seconds later. Hello Milwaukee!
