A bass guitar designed by Milwaukee's Archer Guitars will make its network debut Tuesday night when The New Cars perform on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno."
The K Sulton Signature Bass Guitar will be played, unsurprisingly, by Kasim Sulton, current bass player for The New Cars. The bass was especially designed for Sulton by Archer, a subsidiary of Cascio Interstate Music Company.
Sulton, a respected studio musician, has played with Todd Rundgren (who is fronting The New Cars), Mick Jagger, Hall and Oates, Celine Dion and many others.
