Bianchini hires new executive chef for On the Marc Restaurants

Marc Bianchini, owner of On the Marc Restaurants in Milwaukee, has hired Brandon Wolf to be the executive chef of his restaurant group, which includes Osteria del Mondo, 1028 E. Juneau Ave., and Cubanitas, 728 N. Milwaukee St. Wolf was previously employed as a chef at Bacchus, a Bartolotta Restaurant.
