Several Milwaukee entrepreneurs are working to redevelop the space at 724 N. Milwaukee St. which most recently housed Frauchiger's Cheese Store and Tavern.
The group is planning an upscale meat restaurant using a carnivore theme. Upstart firm Nagel-Tobiczyk Architects LLC is working on the build out and design.
