The Milwaukee Police Department is currently attempting to locate a 55-year-old man who suffers from Alzheimer's disease and dementia who walked away from his home last night in the 6300 block of N. 100th St.

The missing man is John H. LeFlore. He is described as being 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds. He is missing five lower teeth, has a scar on his forehead and was last seen wearing a light blue T-shirt, jeans and black tennis shoes.
