Micky Dolenz of The Monkees' fame dined at The Calderone Club, 842 N. Old World 3rd St., on Tuesday night. He was seated just off the bar with a female and wore a black hat.
Many in the restaurant after the Marquette game noticed Dolenz, and he obliged a few autograph seekers. It is not known why he was in Milwaukee.
Dolenz still tours with The Monkees and has a new children's book called "Gakky Two-Feet." Dolenz and his sister Coco perform Saturday night at an event called "QFEST Kick-Off 2006" at Bright House Networks Field in Clearwater, Fla.
Later in the evening, assistant Marquette men's basketball coach Jean Prioleau also dined at the restaurant. In other celebrity citing news from Tuesday night, Cleveland Cavaliers' star Lebron James was at the Bradley Center seated right behind the UConn bench as Marquette beat #2 UConn.
