For the upcoming season premiere of "Made in America," John Ratzenberger tours the Allen-Edmonds Shoe Corporation factory in Port Washington to get a behind-the-scenes view how Allen-Edmonds is "making it better in America." The Allen-Edmonds episode of "John Ratzenberger's Made in America" will premiere on the Travel Channel on Tuesday, Dec. 6, at 8 p.m.
Celebrating its third season on the Travel Channel, "John Ratzenberger's Made in America" features the Emmy award-winning actor, director and writer who travels the country seeking out only those products that can boast the label "Made in USA." Ratzenberger spends weeks on the road each season, meeting Americans who make and invent things, and who get up at four in the morning to build what our country needs.
When he visited the company this past summer, Ratzenberger spent many hours with Allen-Edmonds professionals in their Port Washington factory discovering what goes into making their footwear.
