Man dies on Summerfest grounds

A 59-year-old Milwaukee man collapsed and died at about 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the Summerfest grounds. No foul play is suspected. The man's identity has not been released by police.
Police arrested 23 people on opening night on 27 charges. Eleven people were charged with possession of a controlled substance, six for underage drinking, five for disorderly conduct, two for resisting / obstructing an officer and three on other charges.
Of the 23 people arrested, police said 16 were from outside metropolitan Milwaukee.
