Milwaukee police arrested a total of 46 people Thursday at Summerfest.

The breakdown:

28 charges for possession of alcohol by underage person.
2 charges for furnishing alcohol to an underage person.
4 charges for possession of a controlled substance.
8 charges for disorderly conduct.
3 charges for battery.
3 charges for resisting/obstructing an officer.

Of those arrested, police said nine were from the metropolitan Milwaukee area, the remainder were non-residents.
