Tommy Chong strolled Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward neighborhood Friday afternoon.
In town for weekend shows at Jokerz Comedy Club, Chong picked up a pair of Cydwoq hand-made black Italian leather shoes at shoo, 241 N. Broadway.
