A long vacant space in the Cawker Building, 108 W. Wells St., on the Riverwalk, will soon have a new restaurant tenant if build out and lease negotiations fall into place.
The building, built in 1892, also houses Butch's Clock Steak House and 17 condos.
In other restaurant news, the former Club 728 on Brady Street's western edge is being converted into a new eatery.
