The building at 770 N. Jefferson St., which contains restaurants, office and retail space, a radio station and an eight-story, 650-space parking structure, could receive a facelift soon.
A sign outside the property, which was built in 1975 and is owned by Van Buren Management, says "Coming soon ... New Façade."
