Barnaby's near 84th and Capitol.
Are you sure about the location of this Barnaby's? (using google street maps I can't see where it would've been) The Barnaby's website (look near bottom of page) does confirm that there was a location on Capitol Dr, though it does not say where. I ask because the Pipe Organ pizza you've identified at 7154 W Capitol Drive was only located about 12 blocks east of where you say this Barnaby's was. Sure that 7154 W Capitol Drive wasn't a Barnaby's first, then a Pipe Organ Pizza?
And on this whole Barnaby's/Bally's Tom Foolery/Pipe Organ Pizza/Showbiz Pizza... Did Barnaby's and Pipe Organ Pizza have arcade games in them? Or were they strictly pizza parlor's?
I can assure you that there was a both a Barnaby's and a Pipe Organ Pizza on Capitol Drive relatively close to each other in the locations I have specified. I worked at that Pipe Organ Pizza in high school. My family went to that Barnaby's when I was a kid. I can ask my brother about the exact address of that Barnaby's. I know it was close to 84th and Capitol.
Not saying there weren't, but I don't remember arcade games at Barnaby's. That was a bit before the video game era I think. Pipe Organ Pizza had the big pipe organ as the gimmick obviously. I don't remember video games there either. Maybe they got games after I left to work at Shakey's at Northridge. That Shakey's is long gone as well of course. I know Shakey's at Northridge had a pinball/video game room.
