Come December 5, Old World 3rd Street will have yet another club.
Suite, an upscale club and lounge, mimics the luxury and accomodation available at clubs in New York, South Beach and Las Vegas.
Revamping the former Have a Nice Day Cafe space, 1103 N. Old World 3rd St., Milwaukee nightlife entrepreneur Jake Dehne partnered with Charlotte-based Brad Beltrondo to bring a Suite venture to Milwaukee.
Suite outlets, already operating in Cincinnati and Charlotte, each have a slightly different feel with locally infused decor, music and entertainment.
Aiming to treat each and every guest as a VIP, Suite denounces "regular" service and plans to offer elite VIP "private suites" to guests.
Suite Club and Lounge plans to open in December. Check back with OnMilwaukee.com for futher details.

This place is doomed for failure. Have you gone to the website? What a joke!! I give it less than 2 years....this concept is not going to work in Milwaukee and more specifically will not work in that location. In order for this to be successfull there needs to be a steady supply of yuppie hipster types, none of which tend to hang out on 3rd St. I have been to the Suite in Charlotte and the reason that works there is because the place is surounded by uptown condos, which goes back to the yuppie hipster types, and is part of a very large entertainment/residence/restaurant/hotel complex.

By fake line, I think the earlier talkback means the practice of keeping a club under capacity so that there is always a line to get in. Those standing in line could easily be inside without violating fire code, but clubs like having lines out the door as it makes them seem popular. I used to do this all the time when I was a bouncer in my college days.

hmmm... How can a line be fake? It's either real or not.
